A pink Cattleya Hardyana

This plant has an asimetrical lip, this may
hint that in future bloomings the lip will be longer

Until now all the Cattleya Hardyana that bloomed for he have been semi albas.  This is the first one to bloom pink.  It is a selfing of the clone TOF1600.   All the Cattleya Hardyana that have bloomed for me so far have gone on to become reliable bloomers.   This one is notable for blooming so late in the year, months after all the other Hardyana finished blooming.   It remains to be seen if, as the plant becomes larger and stronger, it keeps blooming so close to the fall, instead near the start of summer, as the other Hardyanas I have.
